Class 2: Let’s Go!

After a week of preparation and today’s lesson, students will have all the tools they need to start a low-fat, plant-based diet for the next three weeks (21-Day Kickstart). It will be good to go around the room and see how everyone did in their preparatory week of food shopping and meal planning. We encourage students to share their successes and challenges.

Class 3: Getting in Gear

Students are embarking on their second week of the Kickstart. There will be experts in some areas and novices in others. Opening up the room for discussion is key! We encourage students to congratulate and support each other.
